Paul Zuber is an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. He brings 25 years of experience in founding and growing successful global technology companies. Paul currently serves as Chairman at Elemica, Inc., Continuum Managed Services, and MeridianLink, and holds Board positions at Dynatrace, LogRhythm, Inc., MedeAnalytics, Inc., Imprivata, Inc., Kofax, Empirix, Barracuda Networks, Inc., Frontline Education, and ABC Financial. He is a former board member of Telestream, Keynote, PowerPlan, Mediware, Landesk/Ivanti, Embarcadero, GHX, and SRS Software LLC.

Prior to Thoma Bravo, Paul was the founding CEO of Dilithium Networks, a global leader in mobile video infrastructure solutions. The company was acquired by OnMobile (NYSE:ONMOBILE). He also was a co-founder and CEO of Bluegum Group, growing the EMS company to $500M in revenue before its acquisition by Solectron. Paul also held a variety of senior management positions at the embedded systems software company Ready Systems, including VP of Operations, CFO and VP of Global Support Services before its acquisition by Mentor Graphics. Before joining Ready Systems, Paul founded JGC and as CEO, led the microcomputer-based CAD and CAE solutions provider into market leadership before a private investment group acquired it. He began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company, where he was a founding member of the team that became the private equity group (Bain Capital).

Paul received the World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneer Award on behalf of Dilithium Networks in Davos in 2010. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a guest lecturer at the Iovine and Young Academy at USC. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University with BA degrees in both International Relations and Economics. Paul also holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
