Euro in 2021. • From de-centralized IT units to a worldwide and central IT organization. • Development of a medium to long term IT-Strategy considering all worldwide locations and preparing for SAP’s next generation ERP-Solution S/4 Hana. • Driving digitalization with several large-scale projects and rollouts. • Founding IT Competence Center as part of the Indian factory of Schmersal in 2014 starting with 2 ABAP developers. • Founding a separate service company Schmersal Global Competence Center with SAP, Application Development, IOT and R&D services in 2021 with 40 FTE (30 IT+10 R&D).
