Julian Willms heads the Secretariat of the Indo-German Digital Dialogue. This multi-stakeholder platform brings together key players from government and industry from both sides, aiming to improve framework conditions for the digital transformation. With more than twenty years of experience in industry, politics and consulting, he has expertise in digitalisation, innovation and trade politics. Among others, he worked as senior public and corporate affairs manager for an international diversified industry as well as policy advisor to the German government on topics like advanced manufacturing and e-mobility.
