Passionate about business growth, Josh has previously worked in a number of start-ups internationally (including his own), supporting Product, Events and Operations functions, before leading the team behind NatWest's digital business accelerator. Josh is an avid cricket, wine and bass-guitar player and can mostly be found watching films when not at work!
